VEGAN EATING | VEGAN CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE

so i think this is week three of being vegan! this is the first week i have really started to notice some differences in how i feel. the biggest difference hasn't really been physical, although i do feel lighter and my skin seems to be brighter. but mostly i feel clearer of mind. i know that it sounds like a crock of sh*t, but i mean really. i am able to focus more easily and i feel like my emotions are a little more in check, even around my special time. even if that is just a placebo, i'll take it! being home and experiencing my mothers fridge that is stuffed full of cheese has been a little tough but nothing i haven't been able to handle. today i made this cake from joy the baker, you can follow the recipe here. and i loved it! it wasn't heavy and it was rich in flavor from the coffee that is added.
